Q. Where is the meeting location?
A.
Please meet us directly in front of Mister Donut next to Omicho Fish Market. If you can see the Mister Donut entrance and the bus stop right outside it, you are in the right place.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A.
If you cancel your tour after booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Up to 7 days before the tour: Free
- 6 days to 1 day before the tour: 50% of the tour price
- On the day of the tour or no-show: 100% of the tour price
Please contact us through our contact form if you wish to cancel your tour. Cancellation fees will apply according to the policy above
If you booked through Airbnb, refunds will be processed according to Airbnb’s cancellation policy.
Q. Will the tour be canceled in case of rain?
A.
In the event of a natural disaster, such as an earthquake, typhoon, or other severe weather conditions, the tour may be canceled for safety reasons. If we cancel the tour due to these circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
Our tours usually operate rain or shine.
However, in the event of severe weather, such as a typhoon or heavy rain, we will contact you as soon as possible if the tour needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
Q. Can we use public transportation
A.
Our tours are primarily conducted on foot.
If you prefer to use public transportation or a taxi during the tour, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please note that any transportation costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
Q. What should I bring?
A.
We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and bringing water, especially during the summer.
In winter or snow days we recommend wearing boots or water proof foot wear with good traction.
Q. Can I join the tour with children?
A.
Yes, children are welcome. Please let us know in advance if you will be joining with young children.
